Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch or delivery scheduling. Once a container has been shipped, loaded for transport, or custom modifications have begun, cancellation requests may no longer be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders canceled before dispatch may qualify for a full or partial refund

  • Processing or administrative fees may apply

  • Custom-built or modified containers are non-refundable once work has commenced

Returns

Due to the size, transportation logistics, and nature of shipping containers, returns are only accepted under limited circumstances.

Eligible Return Conditions

Returns may be considered if:

  • The delivered container significantly differs from the purchased description

  • Structural damage occurred during transport

  • Incorrect container type or size was delivered

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Custom modified containers

  • Containers altered after delivery

  • Containers purchased as clearance or final sale

  • Containers damaged due to customer misuse or improper site conditions

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Refund amounts may exclude:

  • Delivery and transportation fees

  • Restocking fees

  • Customization or modification costs

  • Administrative processing fees

Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible and suitable for container placement. Failed delivery attempts caused by inaccessible sites, restricted access, or customer absence may result in additional charges.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect all containers immediately upon arrival. Any issues regarding damage, incorrect items, or delivery concerns must be reported within 24 hours.

Warranty Disclaimer

Used containers may show signs of wear, dents, surface rust, patches, or previous repairs consistent with normal shipping industry use. Wind and watertight guarantees apply only to structural weather resistance unless otherwise specified.
