Order Cancellation Requests
Customers may request to cancel an order by contacting our support team as soon as possible after purchase.
Eligible Cancellations
Orders may qualify for cancellation if:
The order has not yet been processed
The container has not been dispatched or scheduled for delivery
No customization or modification work has begun
Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation if:
The container has already shipped
Delivery scheduling has been confirmed
Custom modifications or fabrication work has started
Special order containers have been sourced specifically for the customer
Cancellation Fees
Approved cancellations may be subject to:
Administrative processing fees
Payment processing charges
Restocking fees where applicable
Transportation or logistics costs already incurred
Any applicable fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after cancellation approval.
Refund timing may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution or payment provider.
Delivery Refusal
Refusing delivery after dispatch may result in:
Return transportation charges
Restocking fees
Partial refund deductions
Customers are encouraged to confirm all order details prior to shipment.
Customized & Modified Containers
Custom-built, modified, or specially ordered containers are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once production or modification work has commenced.
